Once you put down a deposit on a kitten that kitten is no longer made availabe for other prospective adopters to choose. If you decide to cancel your reservation I will have lost out on opportunities to find that kitten a home. Your deposit is a NON-REFUNDABLE reservation fee. Please be 100% sure that you want your selected kitten before putting down your deposit. Deposits for choice of future litters fall under this same policy.

In the event that you are unable to keep your kitten, the return/refund policy is detailed in the purchase contract and is in line with MN State law.
